DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: The essential conditions to be beneficiaries of the aid programme are: to be an SME, be registered in the IAE census, which must reflect the economic activity effectively carried out on the date of application for the aid, be up to date with tax and social security obligations, have your own product, service or brand; in the case of services, they must be provided abroad, be an exporting company, have a turnover of more than €4,000,000 in the last closed accounting year, not have been a beneficiary of other calls for aid from the mentoring and internationalization support program, both from the international certification line and the mentoring line, comply with the de minimis rule, not be considered a company in difficulty, and assume all the rights and obligations inherent to the status of beneficiary vis-à-vis the convening entity.

Eligible activities: The company’s expenditure aimed at improving its international competitiveness outside the EU. The following expenses related to certification are included:
- Consultancy fees required to carry out the certification of the products
- Cost of sending samples (including shipping certification), return at the end of the tests and/or destruction of samples
- Costs of laboratory trials or clinical investigations
- Cost of issuing the certificate/approval
- Cost of conducting audits
- Certificate renewal/maintenance cost
- Traduction and legalization of documents (according to Annex 2 “Typology of eligible expenses and justification”)
Eligible period: Expenses incurred after the submission of the grant application and must be paid at the time of termination of the enterprise.
Aid intensity: The amount of aid allocated to this call is €3,450,000, with each beneficiary company receiving the following:
- O “mentoring” voucher worth €3,000 for the reactivation of the economic activity of the sme, the collection of which is expressly assigned to the mentor company in the formalization of the mentoring agreement between the beneficiary and it.
- O execution of the international action plan: the company will receive up to a maximum of €27,000 as financial aid out of a maximum eligible budget of €33,750 to implement the actions of its international action plan. Likewise, in all cases, the expenses will be pre-financed by the beneficiary companies, who will also assume 20% of the co-financing of the same.
