line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221;][vc_column_text]\n<h3>PROJECT INFORMATION:<\/h3>\n<p>Balearic Marine Cluster launches a sectorial study focused on determining the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of the ship repair and maintenance sector.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of the study is to establish a line of reference to position Palma as a centre of reference at an international level in carrying out repair and maintenance projects for large yachts.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>OBJECTIVES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To analyse the current situation of the ship repair and maintenance sector in Palma.<\/li>\n<li>To identify points for improvement and opportunities to position Palma as an international nautical hub.<\/li>\n<li>To define a line of action to promote the sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>METHODOLOGY:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The project consists of 6 phases:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Selecting and defining the interest groups and their components for carrying out the study.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting personal interviews with the different interest groups.<\/li>\n<li>Sending an online interview to Naval Repair and Maintenance companies in Palma de Mallorca.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of the aggregate report and drawing of conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of the conclusions of the report to each group of experts.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of conclusions report agreed with each group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>PROJECT PARTICIPANTS:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>People with experience in management positions.<\/li>\n<li>People with experience in operations and project management departments.<\/li>\n<li>People with experience in commercial management and budget writing.<\/li>\n<li>Clients who have carried out projects in other repair destinations.<\/li>\n<li>People from outside Palma with certain influence in the sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>BENEFICIARIES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Nautical business fabric of the Balearic Islands.<\/li>\n<li>The city of
