  2. Groupings without their own legal personality in which an entity in the previous section participates, and which have previously established a grouping agreement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

In the case of primary projects under the line of industrial research, experimental development and feasibility studies: staff costs (those related to researchers, technicians and other auxiliary staff), costs of instruments and inventoriable material (to the extent and during the period in which they are used for the project), contractual research costs, know-how and patents acquired, expenditure incurred by an entity accredited by the national accreditation body, expenditure relating to consultancy, general and other additional operating costs, and expenditure on feasibility studies.<\/li>\n
    2. In the primary projects framed in the line of innovation in terms of organization and processes: personnel costs (those related to researchers, technicians and other auxiliary personnel), expenses of instruments and inventoriable material (to the extent and during the period in which they are used for the project), contractual research expenses, technical knowledge and patents acquired, expenditure incurred by an entity accredited by the national accreditation body, general and other additional operating expenses<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Aid intensity: <\/span><\/b>The aid granted will have an amount of \u20ac499,800,000 in the form of a grant and an amount of \u20ac500,000,000 in the form of loans. Likewise, the minimum budget of eligible concepts for each tractor project will be \u20ac1,000,000. It should be noted that, for each primary project and beneficiary entity, the total financing that may be granted, adding the nominal loan and the subsidy, will be a maximum of 80% of the eligible budget.<\/p>\n
