Recipients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

(I) Program for the promotion of patent and utility model applications abroad: a person with residence and tax domicile in spain who meets any of the following requirements:
\nA) Is a natural person.
\nB) It must be considered an sme.
\nC) It must be a large private company.
\nD) That it is a private non-profit institution with no dependence on or link to the public sector.<\/p>\n

(II) Aid programme for the promotion of applications for spanish patents and utility models: must be a person with residence and tax domicile in Spain who is either an individual or an SME.<\/p>\n

Eligible activities: <\/strong>Programme I: The extension of an application for a patent or utility model to the national offices of third countries or regional patent offices; this also includes application procedures, search report, examination or grant, epo annuities and european patent validation. It also includes activities carried out within the pct international procedure (application, international search or preliminary examination). With regard to Program II: Applications for spanish patents and utility models (application procedures and\/or prior art report for patent and utility model applications and substantive examination for patent applications).<\/p>\n

Eligible period: <\/span><\/b>01\/01\/2023 \u2013 31\/12\/2023<\/p>\n

Aid intensity: <\/span><\/b>The maximum total amount of the subsidies awarded in this call, with regard to the programme for the promotion of patent and utility model applications abroad, may not exceed the amount of \u20ac5,842,620 (maximum individualised amount will be \u20ac60,000 except in the case of smes or individuals).\u00a0 Which will be \u20ac65,000). On the other hand, the maximum total amount of the subsidies of the aid program for the promotion of applications for spanish patents and utility models may not exceed the amount of \u20ac330,730 (maximum individualized amount will be \u20ac65,000 for each of the applicants).<\/p>\n
