Recipients<\/strong>: Any legal persons, public or private, legally and validly constituted (including groups) may be beneficiaries of the aid of this call, provided that they carry out the activity on which they are based and meet the following requirements established in the order of bases: comply with the obligations set out in the general law on subsidies and prove that they are not subject to any of its prohibitions,\u00a0 prove that it is not in crisis, accept the terms established in the concession resolution, and carry out the project in accordance with the objectives of the application for aid, which is binding.<\/p>\n

The following will have the character of eligible activities: the production of equipment relevant to the transition to a net-zero economy, i.e. those indicated below, as well as the production of essential components designed and used as a direct input for the production of such equipment:<\/p>\n
