a) any legal persons, public or private, legally and validly constituted, provided that they carry out the activity on which their concession is based and that they meet all the requirements set out in the order of bases and call<\/p>\n

b) consortia or business groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, with or without their own legal personality (the group must have at least one SME participating in the application for aid)<\/p>\n

c) the institutional public sector of any public administration<\/p>\n

Eligible activities: <\/strong>Only investments or actions developed and located in national territory and carried out through the execution of works or acquisition of goods or services by the beneficiary of the aid, which must be justified by the corresponding order and\/or contract relating to the actions carried out, will be considered eligible for subsidies, and therefore may only be eligible for aid under the line of aid.\u00a0 With their corresponding invoices and proof of payment to the supplier. That said, the following will be considered eligible expenses: civil works, production apparatus and equipment, intangible assets (acquisition of patent rights, licences, know-how or other intellectual property), transport, assembly, commissioning, quality controls, preparation of the execution project, project management, necessary tests, costs of managing the application for the aid and justifying the realisation,\u00a0 auditor’s report, and other items duly justified as necessary.<\/p>\n

Eligible period:<\/span><\/b>For eligibility purposes, only actions after 09\/03\/23 and a maximum period of 36 months of execution will be admitted.<\/p>\n

Aid intensity: <\/span><\/b>The budget allocation for the granting of aid established in this call is \u20ac1,200,000,000. Likewise, the determination of the amount of aid will be the result of a competition process in which the criteria defined will be formulated in terms of an economic ratio. This ratio will be expressed in euros of aid per mw of electrolyser, having a weight of 70% of the total scoring criteria established in the order of bases. that said, 4.
