Recipients<\/strong>: Private commercial companies with their own legal personality, legally constituted in Spain and duly registered in the corresponding registry with any legal form and size, which carry out an industrial activity. These companies must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience up to the date of application in the activities or sectors to which the project is directed<\/p>\n

A) In primary projects framed in the line of industrial research, experimental development and feasibility studies: personnel costs (those related to researchers, technicians and other auxiliary personnel), costs of instruments and inventoriable material (to the extent and during the period in which they are used for the project), contractual research expenses (technical knowledge and patents acquired), expenses issued by an entity accredited by the national accreditation entity, expenses related to consultancy, general and other additional operating expenses, and expenses for feasibility studies.<\/p>\n

B) In primary projects framed in the line of innovation in terms of organisation and processes: personnel costs (those related to researchers, technicians and other auxiliary personnel), costs of instruments and inventoriable material (to the extent and during the period in which they are used for the project), contractual research costs (technical knowledge and patents acquired), expenses issued by an entity accredited by the national accreditation body, general expenses and other additional operating expenses<\/p>\n

Eligible period:<\/span><\/b>From the day following the submission of the application until march 31, 2026<\/p>\n

Aid intensity: <\/span><\/b>The total aid granted as a result of the applications submitted in accordance with the call will have an amount of \u20ac90,000,000 in the form of a subsidy and an amount of \u20ac50,000,000 in the form of loans. Likewise, the minimum budget of eligible items for each tractor project will be \u20ac10,000,000. It should be noted that, for each primary project and beneficiary entity, the total financing that may be granted, adding the nominal loan and the subsidy, will be a maximum of 80% of the eligible budget.<\/p>\n
