The call has a total budget of <strong>\u20ac115 million<\/strong> and includes four subprogrammes: sustainable mobility, the industrial sector, deep renovation of existing tertiary-sector buildings to achieve zero-emission building status, and the replacement of refrigeration generators. This grant may be of interest to companies in the marine industry developing innovative energy-efficiency projects in shipyards, workshops, industrial facilities, repair and maintenance processes, manufacturing, transformation, industrial refrigeration systems, sustainable mobility or energy services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Organization:<\/strong> Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) <strong>Beneficiaries:<\/strong> Eligible beneficiaries will depend on the selected subprogramme. Under the industrial subprogramme, industrial companies whose 2025 CNAE activity code is included among those accepted in the regulatory framework may apply, as well as energy service companies. <strong>Sector:<\/strong> Energy efficiency \/ Industry \/ Sustainable mobility \/ Tertiary buildings \/ Industrial refrigeration<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Application period:<\/strong> From 15 September 2026 at 09:00 until 18 November 2026 at 12:00. <strong>Application method:<\/strong> Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the IDAE electronic office. <strong>Total budget:<\/strong> \u20ac115,000,000. <strong>Budget allocation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative sustainable mobility projects: \u20ac30,000,000.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative industrial-sector projects: \u20ac30,000,000.<\/li>\n<li>Deep renovation of tertiary-sector buildings to achieve zero-emission building status: \u20ac30,000,000.<\/li>\n<li>Replacement of refrigeration generators: \u20ac25,000,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reference website:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idae.es\/ayudas-y-financiacion\/programa-innovae\">link<\/a> <strong>Eligible costs and aid intensity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Investment costs:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Equipment, materials, services and auxiliary installations directly linked to the energy-efficiency improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Assembly, transport, commissioning, quality controls and testing.<\/li>\n<li>Civil works, generally limited to 20% of the eligible investment.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the implementation project, studies, tests and required trials.<\/li>\n<li>Technical management and health and safety coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Preliminary assessments and energy audits linked to the project.<\/li>\n<li>Application management, justification management and audit reports, within the applicable limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industrial subprogramme:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Innovative measures to improve industrial process technology.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum reduction in final energy consumption of 20%.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum eligible project cost of \u20ac100,000.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum grant of \u20ac2,000,000 per project.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum implementation period of 24 months from notification of the grant award decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>General maximum aid intensity:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Large enterprises: up to 30% of eligible costs.<\/li>\n<li>Medium-sized enterprises: up to 40% of eligible costs.<\/li>\n<li>Small enterprises: up to 50% of eligible costs.<\/li>\n<li>These percentages may be increased in certain assisted areas in accordance with applicable European regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incentive effect requirement:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The project must not begin before the grant application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li>The first binding commitment to purchase equipment or undertake the investment must be made after the application has been submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Justification deadline:<\/strong> Three months from the end of the maximum period granted for project implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Subject to de minimis regulation:<\/strong> No. The grants are governed by Commission Regulation (EU) No 651\/2014.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
