TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT DAY IN THE NAUTICAL SECTOR ORGANISED BY SOIB AND BALEARIC MARINE CLUSTER

Balearic Marine Cluster and the Employment Service of the Balearic Islands (SOIB) have conducted a day of training and employment in the facilities of the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands in Palma.
The main objective of this initiative is to gather the demands and needs of the nautical sector, while seeking to present the opportunities that this field offers in terms of employment and training.
OBJECTIVES:
- To gather the demands and needs of companies in the nautical sector.
- To publicise the opportunities and possibilities offered by the nautical industry in terms of employment and professional development.
- To carry out a pre-selection process to fill job vacancies in the area of boat repair and maintenance.
- To select student-workers for the Balearic Marine Cluster’s dual training programmes in nautical painting and carpentry.
