Job Description
• Carry out fiberglass and composite material work on boats.
• Perform repairs, laminating, and construction of nautical structures in various ports on the island.
• Possible involvement in projects outside Mallorca (mainland Spain and occasional international travel).
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure quality service delivery.
• Apply advanced composite techniques in both refit and new build projects.

Workplace: C/ Pocomaco 6, 07011 – Palma de Mallorca + various ports on the island (availability to travel to mainland and internationally required).

Minimum education:
- Not specified.
Minimum experience:
- 2 years of experience working with fiberglass and composite materials.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Other requirements: Willingness to travel and schedule flexibility during high season.
Conditions
Gross salary: €26,400 per year (€2,200 gross/month)
Start date: Immediate
Type of contract: Permanent
Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours/week + potential overtime in high season
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00
