Sasga Yachts is a Mediterranean shipyard specialized in the Mediterranean Trawler segment, producing high-quality recreational vessels built on real navigation philosophy, construction excellence and long-term relationships with international clients and dealers.

As part of a key stage of international growth and organizational development, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the company’s global commercial and marketing strategy.

Role Mission

Senior leadership role responsible for defining, leading and executing the company’s global commercial and marketing strategy. The role reports directly to the Executive Chairman and works cross-functionally with General Management, Production and Finance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Sasga Yachts’ global commercial strategy.
  • Manage and develop the international dealer network.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure revenue growth targets aligned with the Strategic Plan.
  • Develop and negotiate international distribution agreements.
  • Plan and participate in international boat shows and strategic events.
  • Develop the Club Menorquín loyalty program as a global brand ambassador initiative.
  • Provide structured performance reporting to senior management.

Requirements

  • University degree related to the role.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commercial roles.
  • Strong experience in international distribution networks and global sales.
  • Experience with premium long-cycle products.
  • Marine industry experience valued (premium automotive also considered).
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Strategic mindset, results orientation and leadership skills.
  • Availability to travel and relocate to Palma de Mallorca.
