Job Description
Sasga Yachts designs and builds premium Mediterranean yachts, combining craftsmanship, innovation and engineering excellence. We are currently looking for a Product Engineer to strengthen our Engineering Department and contribute to the technical development and continuous improvement of our yacht range.
Working across the production system, you will support the development of efficient and innovative technical solutions aligned with the quality, design and seaworthiness standards that define Sasga Yachts.

Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage 3D digital assemblies for Sasga Yachts models.
- Develop technical documentation using Rhino, SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Prepare production drawings and technical manuals.
- Create technical communication materials using Illustrator or similar tools.
- Participate in the company’s product development methodology based on Design Thinking.
- Support the Technical Department with commercial drawings and future concepts.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, products and development opportunities.
- Resolve technical issues through 3D design validation.
- Reduce manufacturing and installation issues through digital development and simulation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design or similar.
- Additional training related to the marine industry is highly valued.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product engineering, technical office or industrial development.
- Experience in marine, automotive or premium manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong CAD 2D/3D skills.
- Experience with Rhino, SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and industrial production.
- Knowledge of composites, technical carpentry or marine systems integration is valued.
- Spanish and English language skills.
