Agents of Change Program (Digital Generation of SMEs)

DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION 

Recipients: SMES that are legal entities and with tax domicile in spanish territory.

Requirements to be a beneficiary:

1. To be registered in the aeat census .
2. Not to be considered a company in difficulty.
3. To be up to date with tax obligations and against the social security.
4. To be up to date with the payment of previous subsidy obligations.
5. Not exceed the de minimis aid limit.
6. Not be subject to any other of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of the general law on subsidies

Eligible activities: The aid is configured as monetary provisions intended to partially finance the hiring of agents of change and the resulting wage costs

Eligible period: 25/04/23 – 24/04/24

Aid intensity: 115.000.000€. Maximum amount of 1.000€ per month up to the limit of 20.000€ within a maximum period of 20 consecutive months from the formalization of the contract per beneficiary.
