DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Commercial companies with their own legal personality, legally incorporated in Spain and duly registered in the corresponding register, regardless of their size, which are not part of the public sector, and which carry out an industrial activity in any of the sectors established in Annex I (Section A) of the call for applications, may apply for the call

Eligible activities: For investment projects framed in section a of electric vehicle batteries, the following items will be eligible for financing: civil works (material investments in urbanization and pipelines), building and facilities (material investments for the acquisition, construction, expansion or adaptation of industrial buildings), production apparatus and equipment (acquisition of fixed material assets linked to production and objectives of the project), or intangible assets (linked to the transfer of technology through the acquisition of patent rights, licenses or other intellectual property).
Eligible period: From the day following the submission of the application until either 40 months from the date of resolution of the concession, or 70 months from the same date
Aid intensity: Call endowed with 300 million euros (200 in the form of a grant and 100 in the form of a loan), establishing a minimum financeable budget for section a projects of 10 million euros, establishing in article 17 of the call, the maximum gross aid intensities by type of project and entity.
