Entity: Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration

Recipients: Entities with legal personality and tax domicile in the EU, including public or private companies and business associations engaged in economic activity.

Requirements:

• Must not be considered a company in crisis.
• Must be up-to-date with tax and Social Security obligations.
• Must not have debts due to the reimbursement of previous grants.
• Must not be subject to a recovery order following a European Commission decision.
• Must not fall under the prohibitions outlined in the General Subsidies Law.

Eligible Activities:

• Development of building blocks and data space platforms.
• Creation of data processing products, services, and tools.
• Data discovery and compliance tools.

Eligible Expenses:

• Personnel, equipment, contractual research, general expenses, and additional operational costs.

Eligible Period: From the date of application submission until the project’s completion, which must be finalized by June 30, 2026.

Aid Intensity:

• Total budget: €44,000,000
• Maximum per project: €1,000,000
• Minimum per project: €300,000
• A single entity may apply for up to €2,000,000 if submitting more than one project.

Not subject to de minimis rules.
