DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Natural or legal persons, public or private, Spanish or foreign, who have full capacity to act, and who must carry out the eligible ideas and projects referred to in the definition, characteristics and requirements of the eligible ideas and projects expressed in order tma/702/2020, will be considered beneficiaries. groups of natural and/or legal persons who can carry out ideas or projects in cooperation may also have the status of applicants and beneficiaries of these grants, provided that each of their members complies with the established requirements.

Eligible activities: Eligible expenses are considered to be those that undoubtedly correspond to the nature of the subsidized activity and are considered necessary for the development of the project. the following will be considered eligible: personnel costs, costs of instruments and inventoriable material, contractual research costs, general expenses derived directly from the project, investments in equipment, other additional operating expenses, expenses associated with the technical and material development of prototypes and pilots, taxes and indirect costs.

Aid intensity: €6,000,000 for commercial projects & €750,000 for ideas.
- In the case of ideas, the aid will consist of a fixed and invariable amount of €15,000 and the possibility of accessing incubation services for the idea or advice to facilitate its business growth.
- In pre-commercial phase projects, the aid will consist of a maximum amount of 60% of the costs associated in the project budget with the innovation component, with a maximum limit of €1,000,000.
- In projects in the commercial phase, the aid will consist of a maximum amount of 80% of the costs associated in the project budget to the innovation compoentente with a maximum limit of €2,000,000.
