DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Privately owned entities with private legal personality committed to hiring workers in the form of alternation training contracts whose activity is directly related to strategic sectors (one of them, especially, the nautical sector).

Eligible activities: It must cover the following concepts:
- Costs of contracts for pupils of workers:
- They can charge 100% of the salary expenses and social security contributions derived from this form of hiring
- The expenses generated during sick leave, whether it is due to illness or common accident due to occupational illness or accident or maternity or paternity or breastfeeding, are eligible
- Costs of company tutors:
- An amount of 60€ per month and student hired through the alternation training contract must be subsidized
- Project coordinator costs:
- The expense attributable to this concept is established in proportion to the effective working day according to the project, being the maximum amount to be subsidized for each of the coordinators of 40.000€ for 13 months or the proportional part if the duration is different
- Training costs:
- The amount resulting from the product of the number of workers of the project must be subsidized for the total number of training hours and for the amount of the economic module of 8€.
Elegible period:01/07/23 – 28/06/24
Aid intensity:7.000.000€ (in no case will the amount of the subsidy exceed the gross salary received by the student worker plus the ss contributions paid by the employer)
