At Marina del Rei (Grupo Azulona), we are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join our **Customer Service – Front Office** team in Mahón.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage reservations.
• Provide support and assistance to national and international clients.
• Handle incidents and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.

Workplace: Mahón – Menorca
Requirements
Minimum education:
- Vocational training in tourism or similar (university degree valued).
Minimum experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tourism, yachting, or premium service environments.
Languages: Advanced English (mandatory); a second language such as French is a plus.
Other skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.

Gross annual salary: €26,000
