INFORMATION ON THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS:
Subsidy to cover labour costs, including the employer’s contribution to Social Security, derived from the full-time, permanent hiring of unemployed young people between the ages of 18 and 30. Eligible individuals must hold a university degree, intermediate or higher vocational training certificate, or a professional certificate (level 2 or 3). The young people must be registered as job seekers with SOIB and be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System.

Target Group:
Self-employed individuals (natural persons) registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or an equivalent scheme, who:

Have between 0 and 2 employees.

Have been continuously self-employed for at least the past two years (except in cases of maternity).

Are up to date with payments to Social Security, the AEAT and the ATIB.

Carry out their economic activity in the Balearic Islands.

Not eligible:
Self-employed individuals who are part of the management bodies of commercial companies or cooperatives, members of unincorporated joint ownership structures (comunidades de bienes), or those registered under the General Social Security Scheme during the execution of the project.

Maximum subsidy per hire:

€35,000 – For young people with a university or higher artistic degree.

€29,000 – For higher vocational training, professional certificate level 3, or higher technical degree.

€25,000 – For intermediate vocational training or professional certificate level 2.
Maximum amount per applicant: €35,000.
Not subsidised: Per diems, overtime, or termination payments.
The grant covers salary, Social Security contributions and extra payments during the first year of employment. -
