Balearic Marine Cluster following its calendar of networking events celebrated a day on the occasion of the International Day of Working Women in the Maritime Sector.
Balearic Marine Cluster organised a round table discussion entitled “The challenges of women in the nautical sector”, with the participation of women working in various companies and areas of the nautical sector in the region.
OBJECTIVES:
- Encourage more women to enter the yachting sector.
- To address the challenges faced by women in the yachting sector.
- To promote gender equality in the industry.
- To make the experiences and testimonies of the speakers visible.
- To encourage the normalisation of female participation in the sector.
