SECTORAL STUDY OF SHIP REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE COMPANIES IN PALMA DE MALLORCA
PROJECT INFORMATION:
From the REFIT Commission of Balearic Marine Cluster, the need arises to determine the number of companies registered with the CNAE-3315 Naval Repair and Maintenance, in order to be able to carry out a sectorial study that allows subsequent decision-making based on objective data from the sector.
OBJECTIVES:
To provide aggregate data on the Naval Repair and Maintenance sector in the Balearic Islands. The data is segmented by islands and municipalities relevant to the industry, in order to present a clear and detailed picture of the current situation.
Other objectives:
- Competitiveness assessment.
- Detection of needs.
- Identification of trends.
- Development of strategies.
- Generation of historical data.
METHODOLOGY:
The elaboration of this study is based on a Database acquired through CAMERDATA S.A, an entity that collects and provides financial and commercial information of Spanish companies. The Database contains 901 records of companies in the Balearic Islands under the category CNAE-3315.
