Nautichandler (part of the Nautipaints Group) is currently looking to hire **2 shop assistants** in Palma de Mallorca.
We are seeking individuals with experience in customer service and sales, and a strong interest in the nautical sector.
Requirements:
• Experience in hardware, DIY, or technical product stores.
• A good level of English is essential (international clientele).
• Interest or knowledge of the nautical sector will be valued.
• Sales skills, teamwork, and agility in handling issues.
• Basic computer skills.
• Schedule flexibility and availability.
Main responsibilities:
• Personalized customer service and in-store advice.
• Handling payments, returns, cash register, and incident management.
• Stock control, goods reception, and inventory management.
• General store upkeep and product restocking.
• Support in commercial actions and claims management.
