Nautipaints Group is looking for a **Mechanical Assistant** to join its team at STP in Palma de Mallorca.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Young, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
• With basic knowledge of logistics and preferably some experience in machinery maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
• Assembly and disassembly of machinery.
• Handling and adjustment of machine components and systems.
• Recording machinery movements.
• Supporting logistics during setup and takedown operations.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Requirements
Minimum education:
- No specific qualifications required (training in mechanical maintenance will be valued).
Minimum experience:
- Not required, but experience with machinery (outside of workshop) is a plus.
Languages: Spanish

Gross annual salary: according to worth
Start date: October 15, 2025
Contract duration: 10 months

Working hours: Full-time – 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
