Modesty Yacht Carpentry is looking to hire a Painter Assistant to support painting and finishing work on yachts and marine projects. The selected candidate will assist the production team in surface preparation, material handling, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation before painting.
- Sand, clean and prepare materials for finishing work.
- Support the application of paints and coatings.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow workplace safety and risk prevention procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- No specific educational requirements.
- English knowledge will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
Working Conditions
- Permanent contract.
