Baleos Carpintería Náutica is looking to hire a Project Manager to supervise and coordinate deck and interior projects on large yachts, based in STP – Palma de Mallorca.

- Salary: €28,000 – €32,000 gross per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily project activities
- Ensure production targets are met
- Monitor and report project progress
- Guarantee quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Solve operational issues under pressure
Requirements
- Minimum education: Secondary school diploma
- Experience in project planning and management
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Languages: English minimum B2 level
- Driving license B1
