HEAVY SEAS SAFETY & TENDER ENGINEERING is looking to hire Senior Marine Mechanics for its facilities in Son Castelló Industrial Area (Palma de Mallorca). As an official service provider for Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yanmar and Castoldi, the company is seeking highly qualified professionals with proven experience in marine engines and onboard systems.

- Contract type: Permanent
- Working hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00
- Weekly hours: 40
- Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 gross per year
- Collective agreement: Metal sector
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of marine engines
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
- Work on onboard systems (pumps, electrical systems, accessories)
- Compliance with official brand quality standards
- Coordination with the technical team and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements
- Higher vocational training (technical degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with marine engines
- Experience with Volvo Penta, Mercury, Yanmar or Castoldi is valued
- Knowledge of onboard systems
- Languages: Spanish and English
- Professional, organised profile with proven experience
