Nautipaints Group is looking to hire a Team Leader to manage and coordinate painting projects for yachts from their headquarters in Palma de Mallorca.

Main Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee daily project activities
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
- Maintain communication with Production, Quality, and clients
- Track project progress, material usage, and incidents
- Supervise painting processes including antifouling, sandblasting, and general coatings
Requirements
- Languages: High level of English
- Proven experience in team coordination and project planning
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
