DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Small companies, micro-enterprises and self-employed people whose tax domicile is located in Spanish territory included in segment iii of the bases, i.e. between 0 and less than 3 employees). In addition, they must comply with the following:
- Not be considered a company in difficulty
- Be up to date with tax and ss obligations
- Not be subject to a recovery order pending following a decision of the European Commission declaring aid illegal
- Not be subject to any of the other prohibitions of the law general subsidies
- Not exceed the de minimis aid limit
- Have the level of digital maturity in accordance with the diagnostic test available on the “Acelera Pyme” website

Eligible activities: Aid for the adoption of digitalisation solutions intended to replace solutions already adopted by the beneficiary, provided that they represent a functional improvement. Likewise, there will be functional improvement when: the digitization solution is completely new and meets all the minimum requirements of annex iv of the call, and the solution to be replaced does not meet any of the minimum requirements demanded in the same category of corresponding digitization solution.

Aid intensity: The maximum amount of aid for this call is 500.000.000€. The maximum amount of aid per beneficiary, when heading to segment iii, will be 2.000€
