DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: SMEs that also meet the requirements to be considered an innovative company, as established in section 10 of Annex I of Order CIN/373/2022, of 26 april, may acquire the status of beneficiaries, provided that they are validly constituted, have their own legal personality and tax residence in Spain.

Eligible activities: The following expenses may be financed:
- Equipment investments: Personnel costs: costs related to researchers, technicians and other auxiliary staff will be included, to the extent that they are dedicated to the relevant project or activity.
- Materials:
- External collaborations / consultancy, without admitting costs related to the preparation of the grant application.
- Other costs such as rents, supplies, royalties and licenses, application and maintenance costs for patents and other industrial property rights.
Eligible period: 01/01/25 to 31/12/25, or until 31/12/26 if the project has a duration of 2 years.
Aid intensity: The maximum total amount of the call is €20,000,000. The action by the beneficiary entity must have a minimum eligible budget of €175,000. Likewise, in general, up to 70% of the eligible budget of the action may be financed, with a maximum subsidy amount of €250,000 per beneficiary entity.
