DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Groups of legal entities that can carry out business R+D projects in cooperation: grouping led by a large or medium-sized company and having at least one SME, and that is made up of between 3 and 8 companies (at least two of them autonomous) will be beneficiaries. Companies must be validly incorporated, have legal personality and tax residence in Spain.

Eligible activities: The projects to be supported will be business R+D projects in cooperation, and must be part of one of the following missions: promotion of the development of a spanish fusion industry, promotion of advanced fuels and bio-based energy sources, promotion of the circular economy in the field of renewable energies and energy storage, promotion of iot as well as deep technologies of a cross-cutting nature linked, developments for the preservation and sustainable uses of coasts and oceans in a context of climate change, promoting genetic improvement for plant varieties and animal and aquaculture species to make them more sustainable and resilient to climate change, promotion of immunological tools, and progress in research into biological diseases. That said, in this sense, the aid will be used to cover costs related to the development and execution: costs of personnel, instruments and inventoriable material, costs of contractual research, technical knowledge and patents acquired, additional general and other operating expenses, and the expense derived from the report made by an auditor registered with the ROAC.
Eligible period: It is materialized in those costs that respond to the nature of the activity to be financed and are strictly necessary.
Aid intensity: The maximum budget for this call is €70,000,000. In this case, the subsidy will be granted respecting the maximum limits established in article 5 of the call, being up to: 80% small enterprise, 75% medium-sized enterprise, and 65% large enterprise. In addition, the aid ceiling for each project and beneficiary will be a weighted average according to the distribution of the budget between each type of activity stipulated, and the maximum aid intensity corresponding to the beneficiary and the activity. Minimum eligible budget per company will be €175,000.
