🛠 Job Description
Evolution Yachts SL, a company in the maritime sector based in Palma de Mallorca, is seeking an Operations & Customs Administrative Assistant to join the team. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to billing, customer management and customs procedures.
Main responsibilities:
- Invoice registration and management
- Customer balance and payment control
- Request and processing of supplier payments
- Communication with authorities and document handling
- Ongoing customer service, including client visits if required
- Support with import and export procedures
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum education: Not specified
- Minimum experience: Customs knowledge is a plus
- Languages: Advanced English (required)
- Other skills: Good communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
