Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:00, Friday from 07:00 to 14:00
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year (based on experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate daily activities in a team of up to 40 people, ensuring production goals are met. The role includes planning tasks across laminators, carpenters, electricians, mechanics and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality, deadlines and safety standards.
The position also involves leading operational transformation, promoting efficiency, order, and prevention, and implementing 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices. Participation in process engineering projects, such as layout reorganization and industrial transformation, is also part of the role.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commitment to occupational safety and cultural change in prevention practices.
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience as Production Supervisor, Workshop Manager or similar in industrial environments (automotive, machinery, yachting…)
- Solid background in team management and operational planning.
- Hands-on knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, process engineering, and layout transformation.
- Advanced skills in office software; ERP familiarity is a plus.
- Formal training in occupational risk prevention is highly valued.
