🛠 Job Description

Evolution Yachts SL, a company in the maritime sector based in Palma de Mallorca, is seeking an Operations & Customs Administrative Assistant to join the team. The selected candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks related to billing, customer management and customs procedures.

Main responsibilities:

  • Invoice registration and management
  • Customer balance and payment control
  • Request and processing of supplier payments
  • Communication with authorities and document handling
  • Ongoing customer service, including client visits if required
  • Support with import and export procedures

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum education: Not specified
  • Minimum experience: Customs knowledge is a plus
  • Languages: Advanced English (required)
  • Other skills: Good communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
