Alcudiamar is looking to hire a Marina Deckhand for its Marina Operations Department. The selected candidate will support daily port activities, assist vessels, and contribute to the safety and maintenance of the marina facilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor marina facilities.
  • Report maintenance issues and operational incidents.
  • Issue invoices and collect payments from transient vessels.
  • Assist with docking and undocking operations.
  • Ensure safety within the marina and vessel areas.
  • Provide emergency bilge pumping assistance when required.
  • Support shipyard operations when necessary.
  • Operate and attend the marina fuel station.

Requirements

  • Primary education.
  • Previous experience in the marine or marina sector is valued.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Spanish recreational boating licence (PER).
  • Basic Safety Training required for operation of the work vessel.
  • Basic knowledge of English and German.
