DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION 


Recipients: Small and micro-enterprises with 0 to less than 50 workers and self-employed people may be beneficiaries of the subsidies of this programme. In general, the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary are: to have a tax domicile in Spanish territory, to be considered a small or micro-enterprise, to be registered in the census of entrepreneurs, professionals and retainers of the AEAT or in the equivalent census of the regional tax administration, not to be considered a company in difficulty,  be up to date with tax and social security obligations, not be subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in the general law on subsidies, and not exceed the total amounts of de minimis aid.

Eligible activities: The expenses incurred by the beneficiary of a grant from the “bono pyme” programme as a result of contracting the services included in the catalogue of connectivity services and solutions will be eligible within the framework of the maximum amounts: internet access, fixed IP, corporate mobile telephony, professional wi-fi, virtual switchboard, or storage and backup in the cloud in basic or advanced mode

Eligible period: The period of provision of the eligible activity will be 12 months, but it will depend on the service and/or solution chosen

Aid intensity:The maximum total amount of aid regulated in this call amounts to 48,000,000 euros. Likewise, the maximum amount of aid that the beneficiary may receive for the set of services and connectivity solutions that she contracts with one or more adhered service providers and for the entire period of provision of the aid will be 3,000 euros, adding the individual amounts of all the contracted services
