Job Description
Sasga Yachts is looking to hire a Commercial & Customer Experience Coordinator for its Palma de Mallorca office. The selected candidate will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire customer journey, from the first interaction to yacht delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of premium clients.
- Coordinate the entire sales process through yacht delivery.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate production and logistics with the Menorca shipyard.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Support the commercial development of maintenance and refit services.
- Prepare commercial reports and KPI monitoring.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in premium B2B consultative sales.
- Experience managing international clients.
- CRM proficiency.
- Professional level of Spanish, English and German.
- Experience in the yachting or marine industry is a plus.
