DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Recipients: Eligible beneficiaries for this assistance include private individuals or legal entities, as well as civil partnerships or joint ownerships domiciled in or undertaking an investment project to improve production processes or products in the Balearic Islands. These must qualify as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaging in industrial activities classified under certain headings of the Spanish Economic Activities Tax (IAE). Specifically, these include divisions 2, 3, 4, and 691.2 of Section One for business activities, and group 162 of the IAE registered under Division A for establishments and industrial activities in the Integrated Industrial Registry of the Regional Ministry of Business, Employment, and Energy.
Additionally, companies classified under group 504 of Section One of the IAE for business activities and registered in Division B of the Integrated Industrial Registry for industrial-related service companies are also eligible.

Eligible activities: The costs of financing productive investment actions, investments in energy efficiency and investments in digital transformation of the industrial sector for the improvement of industrial processes and those aimed at improving the sustainability, digitalisation and competitiveness of the company will be eligible for subsidies.
Eligible period: 01/01/24 to 01/10/25
Aid intensity: The maximum credit amount eligible for calculating the subsidy per beneficiary, whether through one or more financial transactions, is:
- €300,000 for operations formalized between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
- €300,000 for operations formalized between January 1, 2024, and October 1, 2025.
