Grants for “last mile” digitalization projects in companies in the tourism sector

DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL INFORMATION 

Recipients:

1. The following may be beneficiaries of the aid under lines 1 and 2: companies in the tourism sector (smes, small enterprises, micro-enterprises, large enterprises and start-ups) provided that they are validly constituted, have their own legal personality and tax domicile in spain (see cnaes of the call); non-profit associations, federations and confederations of the tourism sector; companies whose activity allows them to become technological partners and with demonstrable experience in the field of tourism
2. The following may be beneficiaries of line 3 aid: companies in the tourism sector that are framed only in the definition of smes, small enterprises and micro-enterprises (see cnaes again).

Eligible activities: Eligible expenses will be considered to be those that are undoubtedly related to the activity that is the object of the aid, are necessary for its execution and have been incurred during the approved execution period for each beneficiary project

1. For lines 1 and 2: personnel costs, costs of instruments, materials, buildings and land during the implementation period, costs of contractual research, patents and acquired knowledge, as well as general and other operating costs arising directly from the project.
2. For line 3: personnel costs, external assistance costs, cost of purchase, leasing, renting and acquisition of any tangible and intangible assets, expendable material expenses, general expenses and other costs.

Eligible period: 2 months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call

Aid intensity: €104,064,551.79

1. Maximum aid intensity in lines 1 and 2: up to 50% (in the case of smes), 15% (for large companies), 70% (non-profit associations, federations and confederations of the tourism sector) of the eligible budget.
2. Maximum aid intensity in line 3: it may be up to 100% of the total project budget.
