Job Description
Nautic Center Menorca, part of Sasga Group, is looking to hire a Quality & Environmental Manager in Menorca.
Sasga Group is a Menorca-based business group specialising in the marine industry, including boat manufacturing, technical services, maintenance, repairs and marina facility management.
The successful candidate will develop and consolidate the management systems of two group companies operating in the recreational marine sector, contributing to continuous improvement, service quality and environmental responsibility.

- Salary: €35,000–€43,000 gross per year

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for two group companies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, documentation reviews and relationships with certification bodies.
- Develop the Integrated Management System, progressively incorporating standards such as ISO 50001 and IQNet SR10.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
- Identify and manage non-conformities, implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor quality, environmental and process improvement KPIs.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimise management systems and operational processes.
Requirements
- University or technical qualification in Industrial, Naval, Mechanical or Industrial Organisation Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
- Essential experience leading or coordinating at least one complete company certification process.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in industrial or marine environments.
- Knowledge of non-conformity management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Additional training in integrated management systems and ISO auditing is valued.
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen and 5S methodologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IQNet SR10, corporate social responsibility and occupational risk prevention is valued.
- Experience in industrial environments, technical maintenance, repair workshops or the marine industry is an advantage.
