Destinatarios:
Title: Call for subsidies for the year 2023-2026 of the SOIB Training with Recruitment Commitment program
Recipients:
- Private entities with workplaces located in the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, which undertake the commitment to hire directly.
- Training entities registered or accredited in the State Register of Training Entities as of the date of application, in accordance with Article 15 of Law 30/2015, of September 9, provided that they have an operational establishment, branch, or delegation in the Balearic Islands. They may assume the commitment to hire through agreements or contracts with other companies that will carry out the hiring. In any case, it will be the beneficiary training entity that will assume the responsibility for the execution of the subsidized training activity and the fulfillment of the hiring commitment.

For actions to be submitted within the budget year 2023, before 15 November 2023:
- From the day after publication to 30/04/2023 allocated credit: 150.000€.
- From 02/05/2023 to 15/05/2023 allocated credit: 150.000€.
- From 16/06/2023 to 31/07/2023 allocated appropriation: €200.000.
- From 01/08/2023 to 11/09/2023 allocated credit: 200.000€.
For actions to be submitted within the budget year 2024, before 15 November 2024:
- From 01/10/2023 to 30/11/2023 allocated credit: 100.000€.
- From 01/02/2024 to 29/03/2024 allocated credit: 150.000€.
- From 01/04/2024 to 31/05/2024 appropriation allocated: €150.000.
- From 01/06/2024 to 31/07/2024 allocated credit: €150.000.
- From 01/08/2024 to 13/09/2024 allocated credit: 150.000€.
For actions to be submitted within the budget year 2025, before 15 November 2025:
- From 01/10/2024 to 29/11/2024 allocated credit: 100.000€.
- From 01/02/2025 to 31/03/2025 allocated credit: 100.000€.
- From 01/04/2025 to 30/05/2025 allocated appropriation: 100.000€.
- From 01/06/2025 to 31/07/2025 allocated credit: €150.000.
- From 01/08/2025 to 12/09/2025 allocated credit: €150.000.

Eligible activities: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to finance the SOIB Training with Hiring Commitment program, which may include training specialties related to professional certification and non-professional certification training specialties aimed at unemployed workers for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
All training specialties scheduled under this call must be included in the Catalog of training specialties regulated by Order TMS/283/2019, of March 12, which regulates the Catalog of training specialties within the framework of the vocational training system for employment in the workplace.
Eligible period: The maximum period for resolving and notifying the resolutions is three months from the day following the end of each application submission period, except for the last period of each budgetary year, which will be two months.
Aid intensity: The initially allocated budget for this call for the budget years is €2,000,000, distributed as follows:
- Budget for 2023, for actions initiated within this year: €700,000.
- Budget for 2024, for actions initiated within this year: €700,000.
- Budget for 2025, for actions initiated within this year: €600,000.
