Once again, the Balearic Marine Cluster has attended, along with 20 of its associated companies, and in collaboration with the Consell de Mallorca, the premier event for superyachts in the Mediterranean: Monaco Yacht Show.
To promote and position the Balearic Islands as a reference nautical destination, ideal for leisure and boat repair, this is the premise under which the Balearic Marine Cluster, through its destination promotion brand Balearic Yacht Destination, attended the Monaco Yacht Show with its own stand from September 27th to 30th.
Alongside the association, 20 of the 80 companies currently forming the cluster attended, which is 3 more participants than in the previous edition: Alcudiamar, Astilleros de Mallorca, Atlante Marine Solutions, ATS, Baleos, Bas & Josa, BWA, Estela Shipping, Evolution, Grupo IPM, IEC Telecom, Infe Group, Lantimar, Modesty, Nautiel, Nautipaints, Ocibar, P&G Yachting, Port Call, and The Islander.
The show once again proved to be the perfect stage for strengthening and establishing new connections among professionals in the sector, not only for the participating companies but also for the association itself, which did not miss this opportunity to meet with different Mediterranean clusters.
On this occasion, the Clusters of France (Riviera Yachting), Italy (Navigo), Monaco (Cluster Yachting Monaco), and the Balearic Islands (Balearic Marine Cluster) took advantage of the fair to exchange ideas and promote the nautical industry, aiming to stay at the forefront of competitiveness by working together.
Furthermore, this event not only served to strengthen international relationships but also to reinforce existing ones with the Balearic administrations.
One of the standout visits to the stand was made by the Manager of IDI, Silvia Delgado, and Chema Sans, Director of PIBS.
They were able to enjoy the event organized jointly by the Balearic Marine Cluster and the Consell de Mallorca on Thursday, September 28th, at the Balearic Yacht Destination stand. More than 200 attendees gathered there and were able to savor local Balearic products like sobrasada, Mahon cheese, ham, and Mallorcan wine.
