Balearic Marine Cluster and the Ecological Transition Cluster of the Balearic Islands bring together over 30 associated companies in a networking event aimed at fostering collaboration and developing joint projects

This Tuesday, Balearic Marine Cluster (BMC) and the Ecological Transition Cluster of the Balearic Islands (TEIB) held an intersectoral networking event with over 30 of their members. The goal was to establish connections to create future synergies between the nautical sector and the ecological transition sector of the Balearic Islands.

The event was attended by the president of Balearic Marine Cluster, Toni Salom, and the president of the Ecological Transition Cluster of the Balearic Islands, Lucas Pastor. BMC Manager, Pedro Suasi, and TEIB Manager, Marta Pons, also participated, explaining the objectives of the event.

Suasi emphasized, “The main goal of this event is to bring together these two sectors. Although they are already working together on some projects, we believe it’s essential to strengthen the connections we have. As innovative business clusters, we at Balearic Marine Cluster see this meeting as important to enhance intersectoral projects that impact us and that we can present jointly.”

Pons added, “This event is an opportunity to establish synergies for future projects that both sectors can present together. Always from an innovative perspective, we believe that the ecological transition and nautical sectors have much in common, and it is crucial to strengthen our relationships.”
