RECRUITMENT DAY FOR THE SEASON 2023
PROJECT INFORMATION:

VENUE: Autoridad Portuaria de las Islas Baleares.
Balearic Marine Cluster and the Employment Service of the Balearic Islands (SOIB) held a Job Day, exclusively with offers from the nautical sector to fill vacancies at the beginning of the season.
In total, 19 vacancies were offered, covering up to 16 different professional profiles, from sales and administration to more technical profiles in ship repair and maintenance.
A total of 8 companies have participated in the day, which together have conducted more than 40 interviews.
OBJECTIVES:
- Facilitate the recruitment process for companies in the nautical sector at the beginning of the season.
- To provide employment opportunities for those interested in the maritime sector.
- To make job offers from companies in the nautical sector more accessible to job seekers.
