Balearic Marine Cluster participated in the first “Development Meeting” of the European project She4Sea, with SeaTech.
She4Sea is an initiative that brings together six partners from four different countries: Greece, Spain, Bulgaria and Cyprus, and whose aim is to promote the employability and business development of women in the key sectors of the blue economy: aquatic maritime tourism, fishing, agriculture and maritime transport.
OBJETIVES:
- Identify barriers and difficulties to enter the nautical labour market.
- Identify and develop professional profiles that meet the demands of the sector.
- To create job opportunities.
- Encourage the inclusion of more women in the sector.
